Stripping and Flattening Processing Module

The specification of pressing rods in the main machine is selectable from 0.1kg to 2 kg.
By intelligent system control unit, it achieves precise material distribution, automatic load, automatic unload, digital operation and automatic control. 
The engine frequency is tunable in 5-50Hz and the processing time can be adjusted.
An automatic moving rods machine is used to realize automatic pressing rod movement.
With non-contact resistance sensors for temperature detection and a self-feedback?closed?loop?control?system, the module is able to achieve precise temperature control from 50℃ to 350℃.
