The production line is suitable for medium and high class black tea (one bud with one leaf or one bud with two leaves). Processing capacity of fresh leaves is 120-130kg/h, it is able to manufacture about 700 kg black tea in 24 hours.

Characteristics of full automatic production line of black tea
1.Temperature control of withering, high quality and efficiency
The fully automatic withering machine adopts the technology of temperature control, time control and intermittent air blast, which ensures that the tea leaves are withered in 12-16h.
2.Temperature and humidity control for fermentation, quality ensurances.
A unique way of fermentation room has been adopted for continuous fermentation, which is able to realize automatic temperature control, humidity control and ventilation, and therefore a good fermentation is ensured.
3.Accurate control of drying temperature, improving the tea scent
The preliminary drying and sufficient drying are delicately designed to ensure temperature constancy in drying process, which is good for the improvement of the black tea scent.
